I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on Saturday afternoon. The staff didn't seem interested in taking our takeout order, despite it being peak hours. The onion tangles were unappetizing; they were brown not because of proper cooking, but likely due to the oil they were fried in. The two burgers we got were just okay, but certainly not worth the price. We were told our order would be ready in 30 minutes, but it actually took over 55 minutes. There's no online menu, and overall, the service and food quality were lacking. I'm really disheartened because the food here used to be good, but it seems like the standards have dropped significantly. Such a shame.
