The Old School Trattoria is a welcoming foodie experience with lovely highly capable service. Chef Franco is deservedly proud of this location - well, it's a very cute historical building and old schoolrooms are no longer scary. He meets his customers and is interested in what you think about his meals. The waitperson was refreshingly candid and provided great professional advice - a real asset. The antipasto for the group had a delicious range of sliced vegetables, prosciutto and asparagus. The John Dory was (thawed and) baked in a Franco special tomato sauce. The thin sauce suited this fish and possibly could have been a little thicker for the barramundi. A special of lightly coated fried...
