This is a place that I have driven past thousands of times and I have never thought about going in. However, me and the family had to pinch ourselves over our experience and the Price. For starters Broccoli and Stilton soup with white bread and you could have cheese toasted if you wanted (cheese lovers). Salmon and Lobster fish cakes, for those who are adventurous, nice little kick to them. Pork Belly Wow! Not just joints of pork with 80% fat more like 70% meat 30% fat they were incredible. All plated like we were on master chief. Mains Duo of Lamb, for lamb lovers like myself it’s not very often you go out have lamb and feel you got your moneys worth. Here you do!!!! I went to The Old Waggon Horses in Kidderminster today. The staff there were extremely polite and provided very fast service. The carvery was delicious, with a variety of meats to choose from, including turkey and beef gammon, served with perfectly cooked vegetables. The cozy fireplace created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax over a meal. Not only were the staff polite, but they were also attentive and made me feel like a valued guest. Everyone went above and beyond. I highly recommend it!
The pub is dirty and worn out. Desperately needs renovating and a deep clean. We had a carvery. Awful, truly awful. Pastry on the pie was black on top and raw at the bottom, roast potato's like greasy boiled potatoes, veg so raw it was inedible, yorkshire puds like pancakes. Family of 6 visit would have cost £80 odd but was reduced to around £60 as we complained. Still feel ripped off as we ate none of the food. Would have had 1 star but the staff were friendly.
So disappointing The pub was cold and uninviting Needs a major overall aged and tired We ordered off the light bite menu and the meals was a decent size and presented well, however, not sure what was going on with the chips, they was very dark brown but not burnt but not crispy Feel they had been fried yesterday and then microwaved today and tasted like boiled potatoes that wasn’t a nice experience Would I visit again don’t think so!

Wow!! the carvery was absolutely beautiful I can’t describe how amazing the veg and meat tasted, it was so fresh and tasty! and not to forget how lovely the staff are as they welcome you in with big smiles and get you seated ASAP with them taking drinks and food orders to keep you from waiting! We will be definitely be returning later in the summer to try out the normal menu as it look so hard resist. Well done waggon staff!
This carvery is the best in town! I have visited three times now and each visit just keeps getting better. Everything was cooked perfectly, with the veggies not overcooked like in some places, and the meat was tender. The staff were all delightful and there was a great selection to choose from. Plus, they serve a delicious local ale.
This establishment is a fantastic, family-friendly pub and restaurant. It is well-equipped for children, as our family of four can easily spend hours here. The food is delicious, with generous portions and beautiful presentation. The staff are also lovely. Thank you for creating such a gem! H&K.
Yet again absolutely fantastic food, Luke and Tracey have worked so hard at this pub and turned it into a wonderful place to eat and relax, brilliant place for kids in the play area and all staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you, I would highly recommend.

We re-visited today for there set Sunday carvery, absolutely amazing food. Best carvery around. Great pub, Staff were all very friendly and helpful. we left really happy with full bellies, we will definitely be back as always
