A strong emphasis on hygiene and attention to detail typically indicates the quality of the food. I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant; it was meticulously clean and well-kept, including the restrooms. The service was outstanding, and the food was exceptional. As soon as my partner arrived, he noticed broken dishes and dirty utensils. Despite this, he decided to order food, only to find hairs on his plate. He is Chinese and not very fluent in English, so when he tried to speak with the restaurant manager, he felt dismissed. The manager seemed to take no responsibility and even accused my boyfriend of placing the hair on the plate himself. My boyfriend ended up paying $35, and the service was awful, with rude staff.
