This place has the worst service. There is a lady working there. The worst service from her I've ever received. She purposely told other employees to give me the worst pieces. And she is the type to spit on your food when your not looking. Even throughthe mask this lady has such a disrespectful and disgusting attitude (God complex) acting a if she owns the place. I never spoketo her but ask for a meal. She then completely ignored me and i even smiled and joked so i can have a meal without disgust andhate. I really hope she gets fired. Because of this one person. This restaurant will fail. One bad apple will spoil everything.Customer service is one of the most important things in a restaurant...
All in all very good. Ordered the family meal #2 which is a whole chicken with 4 sides and pita for $25.99. Very tasty and the sides were big too. The woman the works the phones and cash register was very nice and gave great service. Definitely the best deal around in terms of quality and quantity for under $30. Will definitely be a regular customer....Went again and tried their Rib combo and Gyro Pita Platter both were great, big portions and very tasty. The ribs are excellent and so are the spanish red beans. Different woman at the counter but again very nice service.Wish I would have tried this place sooner been walking past it for 6 months....
The grilled chicken is delicious and quite satisfying. However, the side dishes don't offer much value. I was surprised to find that requesting just two small extra servings of barbecue sauce costs an additional dollar; that's quite a rip-off. In summary, I recommend going there for the grilled chicken—it may not be a large portion, but it's definitely flavorful.
Great food and prices are reasonable but they need to improve customer service that involves phone orders. Being left on hold for 5 minutes plus is way too long when you are calling in an order from work. Otherwise the lady that takes phone orders isvery professional and polite.

We absolutely love this place! The charcoal grill ribs and chicken are delicious! The staff is wonderful as well. We are grateful to have this restaurant in our neighborhood. We highly recommend it. The delivery service is fast and the delivery staff are friendly and humble.

I don't know why people come here, it's overpriced garbage for what you get. Will definitely not be coming back here. Poor experience.
