Communication is everything. We are Vegetarians and thought we would give this place a try because I was craving pizza and my husband was in the area. We ordered the Mediterranean and the Sweet Thai Pizzas, both Larges. We asked for there to be no...chicken on the Sweet Thai pizza obviously and if black olives could be put on instead. The guy said no problem to my husband and went to go make the pizzas. When the order was ready the guy went over with my husband what the order was, INCLUDING the black olives being substituted for the chicken on the pizza. Not sure if we actually got charged for the substitution because my husband never grabs receipts but I was thinking not because chicken is...

awesome fresh food made to order. the pizza is the best in lancaster. I had to find out. I'm sorry for the amateur photos, but I had to share. these young are great and the service is old school as the kind as it should. they have our portions that we do not end. also great talks. very personal. I have heard that the owner of one of the hired says “big work today” and gives the guy a hug. they can just say it's family here. I encourage them to visit this place. that's worth it.

I recently ordered pizza from here for our team dinner for my sons baseball team. The pizza was excellent and the service was exceptional. The crust was very fresh and the toppings were great. They even offered for us to take the warming bags and...to bring them back the next day but as we were heading out of town in the morning it didn’t work. The offer was unexpected and appreciated though.

I decided to give this place a try for the first time. I ordered a small pizza with just a few vegetables and no meat, to avoid the excess salt. The pizza had a small amount of sauce, cheese, and vegetables, but overall it was lacking in toppings. I only found olives and mushroom slices on my pizza. The crust was good, but for the price, I would choose a different restaurant next time.

This is the take out section of the Firehall Bistro. Often order from here when I don't feel like cooking. Vegetarian (mediterranean) pizza is very good. All orders ready in minutes. Wings are really good as well. Great value for the money.

The pizzas at this restaurant are quite delicious with a tasty crust. I especially enjoyed the sprinkle of screed on top. I highly recommend trying this place if you're looking to switch up your pizza game!
