My wife and I just dined at the Hearth and Tap for what we hope will be the first of many future visits. For starters, we enjoyed a light and well prepped Burrata salad. . My wife enjoyed a wonderfully prepared pan roasted duck breast for her entree. I must admit, after my standard tasting test I wished I had ordered my wife's dish. For my entree i enjoyed what turned out to be the most outstanding entree of the night. A perfectly char-grilled New York boneless strip steak. The price? $25..00. While Hearth and Tap also offers a prime -aged strip for $52.00, the strip I had was as good and indeed better than many a prime steak for half the price).
