The Republic - Réserver une table

Wow, probably the best steakhouse I've ever had. The ambience? Excellent. Service? Attention, without being overlaid, sophisticated, without being intentional, helpful and very patient. Our server Heather was top-notch, and I would recommend asking her if you have the option. The food? Absolutely incredible... the fillet almost melted in my mouth, and the sides (especially the Mac and cheese) were excellent. I don't know when I'll be back in town, but I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Oh, my what can I say?!? That was the best experience I ever had in BCS. Everything was absolutely on the point. Steaks cooked perfectly, tasty sides, appetizers were delightful, dessert was phenomenal and cocktails were amazing. The service was so smooth and on point I didn't want to go!! I can't imagine this place getting only 5 stars. If you are in 5 star food and you were not in the Republic you missed the train good friend!!
