The Rimrock Courtyard

The service was commendable, with a pitcher of water and a carafe of coffee left on our table for convenience. So why not give it a full five stars? Unfortunately, our dinner experience was disappointing. The dinner menu had limited options, offering only two vegetarian choices. The children's desserts were frozen, yes, you read that right. Despite bringing this to their attention, they did not remove the dessert charges from our bill. Additionally, the service was sluggish, and the waitstaff seemed more engaged in conversation with each other than with the customers. I would recommend going for breakfast, but if you're planning to dine in for dinner, you might want to consider the Larkspur...

The buffet offered a fantastic selection, including eggs Benedict, an omelette station, bacon, sausage, pancakes, French toast, a variety of baked goods, plenty of fresh fruit, cheese, deli meats, smoked salmon, and I’m sure I’m forgetting something. The coffee was excellent, and I really enjoyed my mimosa. The location was great, and the variety of food was impressive. My kids would have loved it if they had been with us on this visit!

Excellent hotel with stunning views and excellent service!!! I was here for skiing and hiking and the concierge was great to tell us about sights. The food is great, but the water is expensive. $6.00 for 650ml water. Pool, Jacuzzi, Squash, Suna, Steam room, Basketball, Spa and fitness center are excellent rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The views are stunning, and the rooms are both beautiful and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. It's conveniently located near downtown Banff. Highly recommended!

Buses broke down. Hotel refused to send shuttle to pick up multiple paying guests. Rooms are a bit outdated and not fairmont quality amenities. Gym was really decent though. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 5

We didn't stay at the hotel but came by for afternoon drinks and apps. The view was amazing and the live music just topped it off. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic
