Popped into Rowdey Cow having seen a sign at the roadside, so quite the spontaneous visit. Sat at a table, and had to grab my own menu (not sure if this is the norm or not and it took longer for someone to take our...order than it should do. If everyone was rushed off their feet I wouldn’t mind, but a couple of staff were just stood behind the counter talking. Granted, the ice cream counter was busy, but not all staff were working on the counter. When the food turned up, it was wrong. We’d been given jacket potatoes instead of baguettes. Lovely place for couples and families or just someone who wants a great ice cream !!! They had great choice of ice cream. The staff were friendly and the cafe was lovely so was the gardens with the sun umbrellas up. They have a nice...play area for children. There is a great choice of food on the menu in the cafe. There is also a place we’re you can make up your own milkshake to take home, which our grandchildren loved. Our grandchildren loved seeing the cow that made the ice cream, and the other farm animals. Great place would visit again.
We absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is fantastic, especially their Sunday roast which is one of the best we've ever had eating out. Their homemade ice cream is also delicious, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The atmosphere is charming and family-friendly, with even a dog-friendly option available. The staff is incredibly welcoming and efficient, even when busy. Overall, a visit to this restaurant is highly recommended!
I have been to this restaurant several times since moving to Devizes. It is a great place for my two-year-old to play because the play area is enclosed and safe, allowing me to relax and enjoy my coffee and a delicious breakfast (the sausage is excellent). This is not always an easy feat with a toddler! The restaurant is in a beautiful location, serves delicious ice cream, and has entertainment for kids. I highly recommend it for weekends.

Our first visit to the Rowdey Cow Cafe and Farm Shop. An ideal place to meet up, to see some animals, and with a play park which the children enjoyed. Very friendly and helpful staff in the shop and cafe, and quick service too. We...enjoyed a bowl of chips each, pots of tea, and ice cream for the children. A good choice of ice cream available. Would meet up there again
on a sunny Sunday afternoon called to ice. there was a little sneaky, but it moved quite fast. so many different aromas to choose, but we managed to make it up to two creatures per. the blades were well dimensioned, the...prices were very reasonable and the taste raised! would definitely recommend a visit here.
we have spread this place many times, but at this opportunity we were standing, but in hints we would have passed! it was grubby and tired in it would be scattered by a deep clean and general flowing of the tables and chairs it scattered. the food was simple and ok. definitiw will happen in the future
We often visit The Rowdey Cow. The food is always delicious, the staff are friendly and very helpful, and the atmosphere is picturesque. There is a nice park for children and a small variety of animals to observe. I highly recommend it.

Visited on the recommendation of the owners of the property we were renting. Great location and fantastic ice creams with some unusual flavours.
