We have been for dinner before on a Saturday here and the food was delicious! We went on bank holiday Sunday and it was a disaster! I am a vegetarian and the Sunday before they had nut roast on the menu, so I sked and this weekend they did not which was fine. This weekend they didn't have a veggie option with the roast dinner so I asked to have tuna with mine and pay the price of £16. I asked if I could have veggie gravy and they said no they don't have any in, if they have veggie options one weekend I would have thought they would have a veggie gravy? however I was offered white wine sauce instead. I hadn't been there since it was Roberto's Italian but was very pleasantly surprised on how nice it was to dine. The service was very good and very friendly staff. The menu selection was comprehensive and they had two good real ales on. Recommended.
