this place is absolutely fabulous, at an icy cold day of the many roaring, heating, it was so cozy and warm. the personal was very obligated and friendly. pies and quiches were delicious and cake was tasteful. very cheap for delicious, well presented food. the faces are breathtaking. the caffe is disabled friendly and the toilets are very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. this caffe gets 10 out of 10 of us and 11 out of 10 of mary wilkinson, my very special 86 years old mother-in-law. it is in a great location for biker and walker. we will be back for more, only our bikes there next time. great place, it can not recommend enough!

Poped in after a 7 mile walk in Osmotherley purely as we seen an advertisement up near cod beck, what with it being a Monday most little tea shops were closed so we thought we would make our way here as it was on the way home... What a quaint little place to grab a brew and a cake, the cappuccino comes with a bike stenciled in the froth which was a nice touch along with the little complimentary short bread you got with your drink which I thought was nice and just added to the experience. The staff were realy friendly and inviting, such pleasent ladies which is what gives it 5 stars for me, would recommend a visit if you are in the area

Lovely warm welcome from staff aswell as open coal fires. The food was delicious, homemade and very resonably priced. They didn 't mind dirty boots and very importantly it was 'dog friendly ' and provided water and treats for doggy visitors.

great coffee and one of the best carrot cakes I tried! friendly friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere. So, whether cycling, hiking or simply passing by, I would recommend it.
