The Shady Rest Waterfront

We came yesterday with a group of Adults, we had poor service as soon as we walked in. One person ordered soup for an appetizer and had to ask three times for the soup. Another person received cold food as well as a drink that tasted bad. Another person sat and watched the rest of the group eat their meals while waiting for their dinner. The young waitress with stars on her fave was so rude to all of us. Our drinks were not good at all. We work in the service industry and are pretty lenient when it comes to mistakes but this was one of the worst dining experience's we have had. The Mac Cheese Lobster was cold in spots and the lobster wasn't real and was mushy. My husband's halibut was great but his fries were quite undercooked...we left the majority of our meals on the plates.
