I've just ordered egg pilau rice chicken rogan josh(chips should be free with the curry) pampadoms yogurt mint sauce and mango cost nearly £20 said 30/45mins that was at 5 25 it came at 6.40 no chips I rang back said he didn't charge me for the chips(should be free) but instead he wants another £2.50 said he gave me my rice free so I asked why did it come to nearly £20 says served with boiled rice or chips he said he gave my rice free so I asked again why that much he said he had to charge me £1 for rice so while waiting fir my chips my other food was getting cold I order from here regularly but not now I think they well over charged me Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: £1...
Part of the order was missing, part was wrong and I was charged more at the door than on the phone. When I phoned to tell them I was told we will give you extra next time , erm no not good enough, also there was an air of attitude from him, he really didn 't want to rectify the issue, he ignored the extra pricing issue and said he will send what I 'm missing. We shall see. They did not send what I was missing. literally ordered on Uber eats cos they were ADVERTISED ON THERE, when my food didn’t arrive, I called them and was greeted with an extremely rude man on the phone telling me they don’t deliver to my address.. if they didn’t then why was it on the app??
