Favorite place when we go visit daughter family in Croton. Food service is excellent but our last visit this past Sunday, I ordered the corn beef Ruben, which was excellent. i asked for mustard which goes with corn beef , when I got the bill , I was charged .75 extra for mustard.I inquired about this ridiculous charge and I was told there is a .75 charge for all dressings. Unbelievable, well because of this Additional fee to use my charge card , we will be finding another place to eat drink
Returned after a year. Lobster roll as good as I remembered. Large outdoor patio was open with tables spaced well and lots of large canvas umbrellas to shade if sun got too strong. Very pleasant and engaging staff. Fish and chips another hit. Wish we lived closer. So many food dishes coming out of kitchen looked great. Lobster roll same price as last year. Kudos to them for serving us a very satisfying meal in a pleasing outdoor space.
Have been going here on and off for years now. LOVE IT! Food is always fresh and delicious and service always top notch. Their regular hamburgers are delicious but they absolutely have the BEST turkey burgers hands down! Had Apple Cheddar one last week and it was delish. When the weather is nice there is plenty of outside seating and inside is very cozy. The place is very family friendly too. Highly recommend it!
Don't come on a busy night. They don't have enough staff, and the staff they do have doesn't really know how to do their jobs. The food has been reliably quite good, the backyard seating is lovely, and they pour a great pint of Guinness. But when the waiter brings me my food with his thumbs in the food, I'm not coming back for a while. Réservez une table maintenant
Definitely a go to staple here in Croton. They have good food a little pricey, but not too bad the services actually in the atmosphere is very nicely have a lovely backyard deck dining area. A nice little bar area as well and sitting on the sidewalk where you can watch the sunset. Good place for a day. Good place for a hang out.
Was surprised to find such a great outdoor seating area behind the tavern. Our waitress was great, she was very friendly and pleasant. Had the hamburger which was fantastic, the Nachos were okay The chips are a little too thin. Caesar salad with chicken was good.
A cozy bar with delicious food not too far from the Croton Harmon train station. Great music, no skips on the speakers and very attentive staff who would all check on our table, not just the server. Will definitely come back for beers and laughs with friends
Great pub food and service is always fast and friendly. Ambiance is something to be improved in the main bar area it is too bright but the rear courtyard is lovely. The cocktails are generously served. A great local pub where everyone knows your name Réservez une table maintenant
Corn and crab soup was great! And burgers are ok. Ambiance is amazing and staffs are very accommodating. I just wish they ask you if you wanted to soak the calamari on the Thai sauce of just on the side.
