The Waupoos Pub Market & Eatery

Although we're several months late writing this review, the memories of the amazing food and super fantastic hostess/chef are fresh in our mind. The Waupoos is an absolute must when visiting the county and even if you don't want to tour the county, make the drive to the Waupoos Pub! Sample everything you can on the menu, nothing disappoints, everything more than satisfies the taste buds. And if you're lucky enough, the owner will have a minute or two to chat. We were that lucky! We also sampled all of the Cressy Mustards and left with a jar of each. We're planning a day trip for lunch at the pub and to restock our mustards! If the scale is 5, we rate 10!!

We've visited the pub twice recently, after passing it by many times and saying "we really must try that place".On both occasions it was for lunch, and we were lucky to have great weather to sit outside. The lady that served us was very friendly and welcoming.They have a nice variety of local beers and wines. The food menu is not extensive - and that's a good thing. I think they have a winning formula of sticking to a small list of dishes - but doing them really well. The perch in a bun, wings, salads are all home made, delicious and reasonably priced. A great place, which now makes us say "we should have come here sooner!"

An excellent pub in Waupoos with good food, super service and a friendly server Amanda. The prices are reasonable, limited menu but excellent food, and hot when served. Local cider and wines available. Worth another trip to this spot on our next visit to the area. Love Prince Edward County and this pub made our experience worth the stop.

Direct from the lake to the plate and local fresh ingredients. Perch on a bun is addictive and I paired this with a local cider. Lovely patio and dog friendly. Lots of local craft beers to choose from. The staff are all very friendly and efficient and everything was served fresh and hot. Loved it. We will be making this a regular visit. This is a terrific spot to have good food, good (and local) drinks. The owners and staff are a great and welcoming team! We come here at least once a week and always look forward to our visits. The market is just up the road and well worth a stop as well. Next time you're in "the county" check them out you will be happy you did!

This time a needed take out for 2 at 8:30pm on a Friday... and the owner and staff made it happen. Friendly and fast service. Lovely young people actually working, serving and chatting with customers and each other. A welcoming, relaxed atmosphere inside and out on the deck. I'll definately return and bring friends.

A non pretentious roadside eatery, with a surprise: excellent food at excellent prices. The Burgers were to die for, as were the tacos. the price includes all sides, even a great homemade soup and double-fried fries. Good selection of interesting local beers. Our server was great and patient.

Had lunch here the other day and everything was flavourful and delicious. Home made chicken soup, beautiful brie and apple chutney grilled chees on marbled bread with a side of lightly oiled salad. Will definitely go back again. Réservez une table maintenant

Best pub in the County! Don't miss wing night & live music every Wednesday, arrive before 5 if you want a seat as it is packed to the rafters, it's just that good!

Had an amazing lunch well worth the stop. All local and fresh ingredients had amazing fish tacos, flatbreads, and onion rings! Great local beer on tap.
