This stop on my way back to Philadelphia from the Boston suburbs was an absolute nightmare. While it looks very aesthetically beautiful, the experience (for me) did not match. Just getting a parking spot was a scary task. The place was packed and the drivers and patrons were aggressive. There seemed to be a majority of non-mask wearing folks. I opted to wear mine for my brief trip inside to use the bathroom. The bathroom was not very clean, there were long lines, and again the other patrons were pretty unkind. After spending years visiting the older rest stops in this area, I was pleasantly surprised by this one! First off, the aesthetics are stunning, and I really appreciate the glass design. Secondly, the bathrooms—which are a key reason people visit places like this—were clean and well-maintained. The food selection was quite good too, offering something for everyone. Additionally, the glass quote panels are really attractive and provide great inspiration for travelers. The only reason I’m giving this a 4 out of 5 is that the parking lot had a lot of trash, likely from the patrons who come and go. Stopped here on our drive back to Philly from New York. Overall, this was a really nice service area. Plenty of parking. There are a lot of good options here such as Starbucks, Auntie Anne's and Chick-fil-A (3 places I love lol). The Auntie Anne's was closed super early when we came in but the Starbucks and Chick-fil-A were still open. We stopped at the Starbucks and our drinks were good. Didn't really notice the other places but I think they also had a Burger King. The restrooms were nice and clean. They have a gas station too. Overall, this is a solid place to stop at on your drive.
The Burger King located on county line road and Pipkin road Lakeland Florida worst so-called restaurant ever. It's 100% unfitting to give them even one star. My son worked at this location so I know the b that goes on there and regardless every time you go through the drive-thru or into the restaurant it's always something total 100% incompetence. Their corporate management really needs to look into this location and of course all their locations Burger King is notorious for being a s customer service experience.

I usually wouldn’t consider reviewing a service area, but this place truly stood out. While driving from Connecticut to New Jersey, we made a quick and convenient stop here. We popped in to use the restrooms and grab some coffee. The facility was clean, recently updated, and offered a wide variety of options. It was a refreshing experience!
This place was incredibly crowded! When we arrived, I should have realized I should just keep driving because there was nowhere to park. Additionally, there was no enforcement of mask-wearing, so be cautious if that concerns you; quite a few people weren’t wearing masks.
The recent renovations were much needed and have been a huge improvement overall. Much, much cleaner these days. Can finally enter thru side doors!
Always glad to stop at this place. Lots of food options, large restroom, space to walk the dog. Everything is very well-kept.
