Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

After receiving the wrong item (coffee instead of a London Fog), I was initially told they couldn't change my order. Later, they claimed they didn't have steamed milk, which felt like an excuse for giving me something I didn't order at all. In the end, I was served a tea with regular milk instead. There was no apology offered, and the service was very rude.

The issue with Tim Hortons is that their staff doesn't receive adequate training on how to prepare the new menu items. As a result, one visit may lead to a quality experience, while the next may not be as satisfying. There seems to be inconsistency in their offerings.

This place is lacking in cleanliness and gives off a dumpster-like vibe rather than that of a coffee shop. It wouldn't be too much to ask for a thorough cleaning now and then.

Very nice, inside circle k convenience and had everything in stocks, nicely displayed, saw a new donut that I never seen anywhere else, it was amazing.

Harnoor supervisor is very nice. She treated me as customer to be treated.
