I’m giving this place one star solely based on the taste of the sandwich. I ordered a ham sandwich, and only after paying did I find out they were out of long bread, so they substituted it with two small square rolls that were even smaller than my POM brand bread at home. I soon realized I essentially paid for half of what I should have received, and there was no offer of a refund or even an apology. The worst part was getting home to discover they hadn’t included any salad or tomatoes! Although this restaurant is just two minutes from my house, next time I’ll drive to the neighboring town instead. On the few occasions I’ve visited, we rarely receive a warm welcome; the drive-thru attendant...

A formal complaint will be made to the head office.We ask for a medium extra cream iced cappuccino, they give it to us without the extra.We ask for toast with butter and creton, we are given toast with butter only.We ask them to add the creton. You can see for yourself the incapacity of the employees.Seriously, stop hiring teenagers who can still hear pee and don't even know how to make toast.To top it all off! We never received our large chocolate milk cold.At 5 years old I knew how to cook better than them.There were 6 employees in front of our toast to “make” them, it’s ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!4 things to order, 3 mistakes. It makes your case difficult.

A two-meat morning wrap is NOT a worker's wrap! It's as if it's just been thrown together without any care! This has happened to me 200 times! Finding a potato in there is just disgusting! Seriously! I've given this place three chances over the past three weeks and I can't believe it! Another potato in my wrap—are you kidding me? Can you please explain how to order when you can't tell the difference between a two-meat wrap and a worker's wrap? Your menu, your rules! Just finish it for me, this is unbelievable!

Great place! It's clean and the staff is very friendly. The service is excellent, and the ambiance is pleasant. It's a nice spot to enjoy a coffee, with a welcoming atmosphere and tidy surroundings. Food: 5 Service: 5
