Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

Today I ordered on my app, 2 medium Ice Caps, and i asked one of my friends with me if they dont mind waiting for our icecaps while i just check out Garage, i come back 10 min after and he doesnt have the ice caps, and he says there has been one and other ones but not the right sizes. So i go up and say i have a mobile order, no apologies or anything, i show her my order and that i ordered it at 11:47, and that current time was 11:57. Only thing that happens is she says oh she will make it now . I get it, lunch rush is very busy, but i work at tim hortons too and that is unacceptable. What order comes in first is made first. Four times in a row the dark roast coffee has been like used dishwater the past month. Try telling them and they are uninterested in fixing the problem. I won't go back to this Tim Horton's till the management starts doing their job.

They always get my order wrong I always get a steeped tea with 2 sugar 1.5 cream and I always get a coffee instead or like 1 cream in my tea. They do have fast service though.

Service is okay, the coffee quality seems to have gone down in recent years. I get the same thing every time yet it tastes wrong often.

I orrders a drink and one of them called me weird for ordring it so i dont order there anymore
