I have been a regular at this Tim Hortons for the past five years, and while I've had a few negative customer service experiences before, nothing compares to what happened today. The woman taking my order was extremely rude and even made an unkind remark about me in her language, which I understood. When I went to confront her about it, she was no longer there. The supervisor, Nim, was unhelpful and didn't address the issue at all. Staff should be trained to be polite and to understand that some customers have accents, and making fun of them is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will no longer visit this Tim Hortons—they have lost a valuable customer.

I’m not sure what happened, but this place was decent for quick service and reasonably good food until my visit this morning, which was disappointing. I received a raw savory twist and a cold egg sandwich. When I tried to complain, the staff walked away while I was speaking. I mentioned that I had driven from New Westminster to Richmond and was planning to visit the Richmond store, but I soon realized I wasn’t actually speaking to anyone, as there was no response for about ten minutes. It seems like I overheard a lot of behind-the-scenes chatter, and maybe they’re spending too much time gossiping instead of focusing on their work.

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The employee, Jenn, was quite rude. When I ordered an ice cap with whipped cream, she only added a tiny amount despite my paying an extra dollar for it. When I asked for more, she dismissively said that was the standard amount she always puts in. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, so I know what to expect! Additionally, I requested my coffee to be made with skim milk, but it was made with cream instead, and the quenchers were incorrectly prepared, as the carbonated water was flat. Overall, the service was unfriendly, and the restaurant was very dirty and unkempt.

I have been visiting this Tim Hortons for the past five years. While I’ve had a few negative experiences before, nothing compares to what happened today. The woman taking my order was incredibly rude; she mimicked my accent multiple times. When I mentioned that this behavior was unacceptable, she interrupted me. When I confronted her, the woman I spoke with identified herself as the manager (named Nim or Nimirita), but she was actually a supervisor and lied to me. Around 2:10 PM, I visited the drive-thru with my mother, and unfortunately, we encountered poor service from Sahil at this location. She initially tried to give us the wrong order while rushing and got upset when my mother pointed out the mistake. Then, when my mother asked what our order was, Sahil responded with an attitude, saying something like, "Can you speak up? I literally can't hear anything you're saying." I was clearly trying to communicate with my mother, not her. In the end, someone else at the window had to process our refund.

Tim Hortons at Queensborough Landing is one of my favorite places to go. The staff are extremely friendly and recognize you as soon as you enter, always greeting you with a smile and eager to take your order. They’re also very helpful if you need assistance, whether it's walking you to a table or carrying your tray. It's a wonderful spot to visit, even on weekends.

The staff was extremely rude and lacked basic manners. There was a woman who needed assistance and was requesting an ambulance, and when the manager arrived, he started yelling at her. I even asked if she could unlock the restroom, but she refused. I found this behavior very disrespectful, so I ended up leaving the restaurant without ordering anything.

I got a bit too high from cannabis and suddenly had a strong craving for a juicy chocolate honey cruller. So, I ordered one through Uber Eats. When it arrived, I felt incredibly disappointed—I didn’t get the chocolate honey cruller I wanted; instead, it was just a regular chocolate-dipped donut. My night has been totally ruined. On April 22 at 10:30 AM, I ordered a combo with hash browns. However, the young man at the drive-thru ignored my order. When I turned back to ask about it, he simply said that they hadn’t charged me and didn’t provide any further explanation. I was disappointed with the way Tim is training the staff.
