Tim Hortons - Réservation de table

I ordered a Large Earl Grey tea double double and the order was absolutely disgusting. They didn't stir it as all you could taste was cream and no tea flavour. Secondly I nearly burned my hand because they didn't put a sleeve on the cup or double cup so when I took it, the tea spilled on my hand a bit which left a burn mark and had to apply first aid when I got home. Never coming to this location again.

Ordered a Halloween mug through the app for pickup at this location only to arrive and find out they are sold out. I was told I had to contact support for a refund and low and behold support directs me back to store for a refund. Why have an Item available to order when it's out of stock, basically outright theft.

The service here, nothing less than a pleasant experience. One of the fastest Tim’s in Peterborough, always fresh, accurate. The crew has wonderful hospitality skills. Super polite, friendly, and they make sure that you get what you go there for.

It shouldn't take half an hour to receive two medium hot chocolates; that's absolutely ridiculous. After waiting that long, they also messed up our order, and we had to wait an additional 10 minutes to fix it. Réservez une table maintenant

Debt machine down and u decide to put that message on ur speaker box, and not at the entrance of your drive throw? So now u get stuck in the line, and can't get anything, but can't get out now? Wow so smart ?

They always seem to run out of items like muffins and cookies, which is very disappointing. Additionally, they should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the surrounding area.
