Tim Hortons - Réservation de table

Upon entry I was met with hostility from the staff. In particular one lady was very rude and unprofessional. I tried to give benefit of the doubt and remained polite and offering an understanding demeanor.Still she rolled her eyes and sighed dramatically before throwing my donuts down on the counter. If that wasn't already rude, when my soup was ready she did the same with it. Slamming it down, causing it to spill and walking away. Now I was stuck with a cold, spilled soup and a sour taste in my mouth from her service.Having worked retail, I get that we all have our off days but that is inexcusable. This is a good Timmies. Although it is often quite busy. Good location. Good seating, with a good variety of seats. Friendly staff when we went. And the doughnuts and coffee taste just like every other Tims, so if that's important to you then you'll be pleased. Recommend stopping here for some Timmies as it's the only one between Royal Oak and the Mainland.

The food at this store is consistently worse than a typical Tim Hortons. Sandwiches come with disgusting amounts of mayonnaise. Coffee lid not pressed on all the way. Attitude when asked to remake a sandwich with a burned bun. I won't be back here.

I would reccomend this place due to price and food quality. Usually both are good. Customer service is polite. There was this one person today at 445 that had no business working there . They were very rude. 95 of the staff are great however Réservez une table maintenant

Good unless you go too late at night. Just give up trying to get food, the staff just be lamping..I paid the lady 10 dollars under the table to give me a bag of loose turkey cold cut slices.. so it was kinda cool of them.. 4/5

Hard to order when they ask you what would you like and as you 're answering, they chat loudly with the coworker behind them, cutting you off.

Great spot for a coffee and sweet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very busy spot.
