The staff are very polite and quick working. It isn 't long that you stand in an isle to have an employee walk past the till it seems which will have them come to the cash and take your order. That 's happened to me quite often and I appreciate and respect it greatly. All in all it 's a good location. The show cases are usually always full with some exceptions. Staff is polite and courteous although slightly deaf, and this stands for all of them. I know it may be louder on the other side of the cash register but I 've been over there many times. It 's really not that much different. You have to repeat yourself to the cashiers over and over and over again its extremely annoying. It 's almost to the point that I 've come close to yelling my order out loud and adding a pleasant youuuuuu fu right afterwards but we all know that gets you nowhere in life. Apart from that the staff is lovely, nice and polite, and for the most part quick at their jobs when while in a hurry is a pleasant surprise.
I did not get food so I cannot rate that at this time.I did get a Coffee, then I sat down and used a little wifi to add some touches to a new book.The employees seemed to take care of the store as the staff were friendly and efficient.The store was cleaner than I was expecting and the coffee was well made.One of the better downtown locations if at least, during at my visit.
