Want to play a game?See how many times the person making your food touches the silver box under the order screen. They wear gloves for food prep and yet touch this box between orders to clear them I assume. Look closely at the picture. that brown stuff is organic matter left over from the preps fingers. You would think that a high-touch area would be cleaned and sanitized on a regular...... It's clear that it hasn't been cleaned in MONTHS.....Truly disgusting.

Way, way too many people for covid distancing. Had to wait about 5 minutes. Ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. The cheese was COLD. Disappointed, not up to chain standards.February 2024. Went for a grilled cheese they don 't sell them anymore, they are melts . Not the same and not as good. Wanted a lemonade, they gave me frozen, didn 't want and not as goodWanted a diet cola, didn 't have any. BUT the BLT was OK.Wow, 1 of 4 requests was OK.
The worst Tim Hortons by far in the Pitt Meadows Maple Ridge area.In store service is painfully slow here having experienced this third time in a row. They should remove their indoor dining entirely and focus only on drive through customers rather than pretending to care for indoor customers.
