Tim Hortons - Réservation de table

For the 5th time myself and my husband have purchased coffees and I only take one sugar because I am diabetic and have to watch my sugars. We get home and my coffee is so damm sweet I can’t drink it. I’m sorry but these cost money and how hard is it to get the order right. I’ve let it slide a few times but I’m sick and tired of getting a coffee that I can’t drink. Also there is an individual that works there that doesn’t like to mark the cups so now we need to be mind readers. My husband asked him which coffee was which and he said “have no clue” absolutely unacceptable!!! Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20

Extremely negative experience. The employee taking the orders could not understand anything correctly. Stock excuses about the machines being cleaned and not having any items available so it was impossible to even get what we wanted and then sat at the window for extremely long time with no service at all. If we haldn't already paid, we would have just left, but we probably should have demanded a refund and to speak with a supervisor. Twice I ordered 2 coffee's and each time 1 has been steeped tea. Ordered a BLT on a begal, toasted with butter.... Barley toasted, butter on one side, half the bacon missing an no mayo. They prep as much as they can in advance that things get missed or they are barley warm at best. Hash browns over cooked and dry, staff are rude and rush you when your trying to pay. Soon many times I've gone through this drive thru with no one behind me and one car ahead of me, and I am told to pull ahead and wait for coffee and tea. Now because of the lack of speed and service I have been late to work on numerous occasions. Remember everyone in the morning is going to work and needs to be in and out. Drive through, absolutely no complaints. However, unfortunately, they seem to prioritize drive through, and serve them before walk ins. One of the slower Tim's I've frequented. Otherwise, friendly staff, fairly clean restaurant.
