The food was well prepared and the service was outstanding. The only reason I gave the Tin Shed 4 star is because of the noise. They really do need to put in something to soak up the sound. On Sunday we were part of a group of 16 with another table of 20 close by and all tables inside and outside full so noise levels were very high. The staff handled the crowd with ease. We were so impressed with the food and service that we ate at the Tin Shed again on Friday...same great food, excellent service and far less noise but still above average. I would recommend the Tim Shed for it's great service and food: very good value for money...we will be back.
We stayed in Mclaren Vale overnight for a friend's party and chanced upon this breakfast gem the next morning. There were 5 of us and we got a table. The place was pumping with big and small tables of people. We got our coffees and OJ's quickly. Ordered our meals at the bar. There was a bit of a wait but it was worth it. The meals were a good size and well cooked. Just the thing after a big night. Reasonably priced too. We would definitely go back. Lots of parking, free newspapers and the staff were friendly and efficient.
We have met friends a few times for a catch up, brunch and coffee here. The food has been consistent and coffee great, however at busy times there has been a long wait for meals(weekends only) this has been conveyed to us at the time of ordering with apology, which is fine as we have a lot of catching up to do! Do yourself a favour and drop by one day, its lovely!
It was my 60th and I thought what about the tin shed? The acoustics are a bit iffy when a few in there. I was wrong 100 people and it was fine. The fare was great value I chose the best i could afford without breaking the bank. It just kept coming out and everyone was full . The Staff were magnificent, so helpful. consider it for your party its damn good value

Loved this place for its casual setting. Very easy going staff and relaxed environment. What you see is what you get with this place. $17.90 for a big brekky, which I could not finish! Good coffee too. The OJ was a large serve too.Only complaint would be the speed of service on the day, but I believe this due to a large group ordering at one time.
We were driving through and stopped for lunch. Glad we did. The Tin Shed had a large variety of meals that were of good cafe quality.. It is obviously popular location and had a cheerful vibe.
Breakfast burrito and coffee was yum. Got takeaways. Dining in looks like a great option. Plenty of parking. Lovely staff. Good prices. Everything to love about this place!
A solid menu of comfort food, chips with snittys etc. Good for a quick lunch or a bus booking. Coffee's good.
