I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to rude customer service and average bagels. I placed a phone order and was told it would take 45 minutes. When I arrived, the staff asked if I didn’t know how to tell time. I don’t understand why it would take so long to prepare a bagel! They also messed up my order, showing a complete lack of attention to detail. The food was subpar, and the attitude of the staff made it even worse. I won’t be going back.
The food was disappointing. Typically, good service can make up for a lackluster meal, but the staff—and particularly the owner—were incredibly rude. We were a group of 10, and after everyone had received their meals, the owner asked us to pay extra just to sit because we were "taking up his space." I won't be returning, and I'll be sure to share this experience with everyone I know.
Mediocre bagel and AWFUL service. The owner was yelling at a customer who tried to give him her catering order (for absolutely no reason) and then walked over to our table and made unprompted and rude remarks after we’d spent LOTS of money at his store. Would NOT recommend.
The food here is fantastic—always fresh and delicious. Everything consistently tastes great, and the coffee is exceptional. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. This place gets a thumbs up from Batman! Réservez une table maintenant
This restaurant focuses solely on one thing: creating fantastic food. If you embrace their approach, you'll have a great experience. There's a reason people wait in line for 45 minutes!
The food is absolutely incredible, though the prices might be beyond some people's budgets. Nevertheless, I found great value in the experience and truly enjoyed the outstanding dishes.
Delicious food and friendly, straightforward service. Don't let the signs intimidate you!
