The restaurant was empty when we arrived, so we expected to be seated right away. However, the hostess asked us to wait 10 minutes while they prepared the tables. When we returned, our table still wasn't ready. After 20 minutes, we were finally seated and ordered drinks. Unfortunately, they were mixed up and we had to ask for our starters and main dishes multiple times. The appetizers came after the main course. As for the food, the ribs were lukewarm and tasted reheated, and the lobster was tiny. The filet mignon also seemed reheated. The fettuccine Alfredo was the only dish that was good. I would give 0 stars if I could. this place was early good and eating was much better in the 2000s. I am not sure why this place is extremely over price, especially for itty bitty cafeteria scoop from kartoffeln kartoffeln. the condition of the place is quite sad and disappointing. the deck are shaped and filled with what seems to be water damage seating furniture is also much dated. the condition of this place must be up to par, otherwise it is not. this place has gone down the hill I am not sure how they are in the position, inspections with such conditions that are very visible to everyone. necessary is a complete calculation and reasonable pricing
Decided to go here for our 33rd Anniversary since we went to a Tony Roma's for our first date 37 years ago. Service was slow, the food was okay but not great. The roma sampler appetizer platter was luke ,warm and instead of getting boneless bites we got buffalo wings which were mediocre. The tri-tip sandwich was also mediocre there wasn't much meat which was not juicy at all and the bun was plain and hard. They were playing 80s music which really took us back to our first date and the bathroom looked as if it was original tan toilets and all.
Tony Roma's is located in Carson, CA. The restaurant was very clean and the check-in process was fast and the staff were polite. We were seated immediately and our waiter was very polite and helpful in assisting us with our decisions and taking our orders. He made sure that everything was as expected and that we had everything we needed. I ordered the half rack of ribs and my companion had a burger with fries, along with a side of the onion loaf which was delicious. Overall, the experience was excellent. Réservez une table maintenant
Waitress was rude. I asked about an appetizer and she responded very rude and raised her voice. She asked me if I was asking her something. Then while continuing ordering she asked me a question and repeated that question like if I was retarded. Food was horrible. No flavor to my food including steak, mash potatoes portions were very small. No wonder the restaurant was empty. Husband still left her a tip. She needs a new job. Will avoid this location. Not worth my hard earned money.
Sever was great. Appetizer was good definitely get the jalapeño shrimp, but but the ribeye????They literally just threw it on the grill...no seasoning. I took 2 bites and had to send it back and let me just say, that's the very 1st time I've ever sent a steak back. It was small and flavorless...never again.
