We made reservations for Easter Brunch. We had no idea it was going to be buffet style and 40 per person with gratuity included. I'm not a fan of seafood but the spread was okay. We had eggs Benedict, potatoes, bacon, sausage, biscuits, chicken and waffles, and coffee. They also had seafood gumbo, mahi, grits, and I think crab bisque. Again I'm not a seafood person and am allergic to shellfish but they had plenty of other tasty items. We really enjoyed the desserts! Strawberry shortcake as well as the bread pudding was to die for! The coffee tasted like community which was a major plus! My friend sent back her orange juice because it tasted like Tang! The restaurant Is in an old building but...
this was my first visit to this facility, and I must say that eating was extraordinary. we went as a great crowd after a show in Columbia theatre and there were many other people waiting there and we were told only one waitress. the few employees work. bar, cook and waitress. were very accommodating. the aubergine, crab remover was delicious. big enough that I didn't have to order any escape. I ordered the pancakes and brought them home. this food is delicious and I can't wait to go back. the selection on the menu is like no place else. Fresh... beautiful presentation and taste wonderful. open one in abita closer to us!
First visit here. We had the Red Bean Queso! Fantastic! Dipped our bread with it too! My husband had the Crabmeat Stuffed Redfish, and I had the Steak Smoked Gouda Alfredo. We had an excellent meal here, starting with reasonably priced cocktails and spot on entrees, the broiled Redfish for my wife and a superb 6 oz Filet for me. The steak, priced under 30 was on par with any i've had at the more famous steakhouses and was perfectly cooked. We later remarked to ourselves that in what has been a multi week trip, this was one of the best meals.

this place is amazing! I never had a bad meal here. Today is vaters day and we went and had Asian escapes tender and porcupine balls for the appetizers, and for the escape we had the callb porter house, lamb chops, crab pasta bags, groupers over pasta, and cajuns benedict. everything was perfect! oh and don't forget to try the brotpudding!
Had a birthday lunch here. Food was really good. Will definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. The kids steak was a good size and delicious. I've only ever ordered take out from here but have never been disappointed. I think I can give a better review once I have the dine in experience. I would say if this is your type of food you like to eat and you're in the area, give this a try. It is on the more expensive side but you truly get what you pay for.
Had a great experience dining here with a large party. I ordered off the Italian menu and was very happy with the lasagna. It was a large portion, everyone else's dishes were large too, and full of flavor. I also recommend the fried olive appetizer, I've never had that anywhere before and really enjoyed it.

beautiful little restaurant. the personal was friendly and accommodating. had lunch with red beans and rice and wels, and for 13 it was more than worth. very tasty and meet in taste.
