If you're a fan of overpriced ($17) and minuscule steak burritos, this is the spot for you. I, however, am not. I've never encountered a burrito so small. It's only about twice the size of what you'd expect from a standard taco, and even at that size, they serve up just a few small, thin pieces of steak. I wouldn't recommend it.
Based on the ratings, I had high hopes for a great meal, but it was quite disappointing. The food was cold, tough, and had a stale taste. The rice was served in hard clumps, and I really questioned the quality of the steak. The only redeeming feature was the cold fries, which were actually quite good—hence the one-star rating.
I had a fantastic experience at Tortas Lokas tonight! Our server, David, offered exceptional service, and the hand-squeezed lemonade was absolutely delicious! I will definitely return for the food and that refreshing lemonade!
The food here is incredibly authentic, and the tacos are bursting with flavor. I really love this place! The only downside is that the servers' English skills could be improved, but they are very attentive. Blu Approved! Réservez une table maintenant
The torta was the best I've ever had—generous portions and packed with flavor. However, the birria tacos were quite disappointing. The meat was extremely dry, and the consommé was way too salty for me to enjoy.
The guacamole could have been a bit creamier, but overall, it was very flavorful. The torta was delicious. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
The waiters David and Javier were very friendly and attentive when serving, the food is always quite delicious and at an affordable price.

"Place is pretty good. You should definitely do something with the grease trap, that's behind the counter. When you walk in, all you can smell is a dirty locker room/ dirty dish water. Not food. It's kinda gross!!"
