Not a great experience, the table we sat at was sticky. Nasty old food all over salt and pepper shakers. I had to go to the restroom to get a paper towel to wash the table. Food was not good, dried crumble bread for the sandwich. Fries dry and burnt. Would not recommend paying 90.00 for this lunch when there are so many other restaurants to choose from. Waste of time and money. The waitress saw all the food on plates and and asked if we wanted to boxes.. umm no can't eat it now why on earth do I want to take it home.
Have eaten here on several occasions for different events or just a night out. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent and the menu has a good variety for everyone’s taste. Seafood specials are my favorite. Walking distance to downtown and the waterfront and they have outside dining, too. Will definitely continue to frequent this spot on my summer trips to Rockland.
Seriously a well run restaurant that aims to please. Four of us for lunch each ordered a completely different meal. Food came out perfectly hot and in a timely manner. Perfectly presented as well. Prices were definitely reasonable. Add in our wait person, Kelly being super cheerful, knowledgeable and attentive and it works to make a great place !
I wish they would refinish tables with a marine finish that handles repetitive cleaning. Even when the table is clean the surface is extremely sticky. And that means that they were not finished properly. That is the only bad thing I have to say about this place the food is great the atmosphere is awesome and the service is top notch! After 1 and a half hours, we still didn’t have my salad, and my husband’s burger…we drank two cocktails, paid for those , and left… two very young boys were bussing tables, only one waitress, it seemed… we have been there many times before, but probably won’t go back anytime soon….
