I absolutely LOVE the Owings Mills Blvd location. Monica and her staff are the best! Don't forget to get your smoothie w/out any sugar so you don't become addicted to more than the great taste. Especially since the corporation doesn't appreciate its customers. Corporate has increased the amount of points needed for a free smoothie from 550 to 1200 overnight w/out warning. That's more than double! No increase of points per smoothie either. I used to spend $9.00 to $18.00 a day there, every day, and it now takes more than twice as long to receive a free smoothie. I'll simply go a few more times until I've reached that month long wait for a free one that used to take about a week. Corporate is...

Only 4 stars because I respect the owners. Left from there and his always met or miss with this business. I need to ask for extra Turbinado (sugar), because if I taste something like too much ice cream. It's still not sweet. Then I am allergic to bananas that use in the majority of smoothies. So I asked her to sanitate the pitcher, never to see them do it. Or they have an attitude.

This is my favorite. Drink never sown. They were also closed and the manager at the service still ordered me. I wanted a smoothie with my packaging, but everything was cleaned for the night. Sis read my mind. She made sure I have a smoothie.
