Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Most of the time, my experience is decent. I typically finish work just before they close, and even with just 10 minutes left, they have always made my smoothie, and I’ve paid without issue. However, on one occasion, they decided to close early. When I walked in, the red-haired girl informed me that they were closed, even though the doors were still open. Disappointed, I left and sat in my car for a moment. To my surprise, I noticed her coworker, a young black girl, starting to make herself a smoothie just as I had entered. She even looked right at me while doing it. It was frustrating—they could have at least waited until their official closing time to start making their own smoothies. Date...

I've been a regular at this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed it, but I've unfortunately had several negative experiences with the staff. Last night, I arrived at 8:20 p.m. and waited in the drive-thru line until it was finally my turn to order at 8:46 p.m. At that point, an employee named Jasmine told me they were closed and had a quite rude attitude. I asked to speak with a manager, but she didn’t respond at all. After this experience, I’ve decided that I will not be returning.

My first Tropical Smoothie Cafe experience and I am not disappointed! This place was refreshing all-around! Between the colors of the establishment and the food itself, it's a great go-to place to get nourishing food. The staff was quick and efficient, and the store was very well-kept. I would highly recommend going here to treat yourself with!

I recently bought a Sunrise Sunset smoothie from that location, and unfortunately, it was quite watered down, which made it unenjoyable for me. I've come to realize that not all TS locations create great smoothies; it seems to vary depending on where you go. That's just been my experience. Réservez une table maintenant

I like tropical smoothie cafe, I’ve visited many locations and they are always friendly and helpful. This location was the opposite, the cashier had a mugshot face and looked like she didn’t want to be there. Will not be visiting this one again for sure.

I dropped by to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday coupon for a free 24 oz smoothie. The peanut butter smoothie with whey protein hit the spot as a post-workout snack. I’m planning to try the green smoothie next time I visit. The staff was very friendly too!

They always get my order right. I like that they all still wear masks and even all the health conscious customers are respectful too. The smoothies are good, we love the chicken caprese sandwich with no chicken or with chicken substitute.

The staff is very friendly, and the smoothies and food are delicious. It's one of the few places that opens before 9 AM, which is fantastic during the week. I can quickly grab what I need before heading to work.

Super kind and courteous, they made my smoothie and food delicious and hot! Definitely will keep coming back to this location more often.
