I think I had impeccable timing on my visit, I was greeted soon as a walked in, order taken, and my smoothie was walked over to me within 5 minutes or less. The inside was very clean and welcoming. My paradise smoothie taste delicious and like it was made with fresh ingredients. I have only been to a tropical smoothie once so I was a bit overwhelmed with my choices, the cashier was very patient with me while I decided on why to get. I am used to the one on hwy 96. Very professional and courteous. Came in to Watson location both people at register on their phones while taking our order. Discussing inappropriate personal matters. I get this place had a certain vibe but depending on your customer One of the workers had a hoodie on didn 't even realize he was an employee. No one appeared to have on a uniform just looked like a bunch of young folks hanging out at the smoothie shop . Disappointing customer experience. But the smoothies never disappoint. Just my two cent
Yum. Yum. I've been frequenting this chain for years, so I was thrilled to know there was a new location here in WR. Note, though, that in 10+ years I have only had the smoothies. Service is kind and always with a smile. Orders are fulfilled very quickly both before after my 7p 7a shift. Not the best location. The entrance and exit are a bit cumbersome with traffic, but at least you've been warned. Even with that, I highly recommend this refreshing stop to locals and travelers.
S-l-o-o-o-w. We finished our wraps and waited and then waited some more for our smoothies. There were 2 employees and 3 customers so it's hard to fathom why it was so slow. Also the radio wasn't tuned in properly. That may sound petty but it was just annoying. Like it didn't seem that they cared if we enjoyed our meal. So we'll be going elsewhere

Service could definitely be better. No way I should be waiting 3 plus minutes to be acknowledged even when there's no one in the store. I guess customer service doesn't matter anymore.
Jakobi and the other woman working really went out of their way to make my orange dream happen. They were very kind and even held the door open. Our smoothies were made perfectly.
Great staff and service was quick! Went during a rush and the staff was still able to get my order out ASAP! Love the environment.
Love the food here specially açai bowl was too good. Service was so fast, and the staff was very friendly. smoothie was also good
