After that, I took my fish to the register to pay with my card. I was waiting for the prompt to insert it, but the cashier insisted I could tap it. I told him I preferred to enter my PIN, and he responded with a dismissive wave and a bad attitude. I couldn't believe it. I asked why he was acting this way—it was only 11 in the morning! There was absolutely no reason for such a poor attitude so early in the day.
I will never return to this place again and spend my hard-earned money. Businesses like this don't understand the importance of customer service, and this store has none. I will take my business elsewhere, where I’m appreciated as a customer, and I advise others to do the same.
I rate this restaurant a 2.0 because I usually pay 18 dollars for large meal of fried pork with red beans and they lied and made me pay an extra total of 21 dollars for nothing. They even have you pay extra if you pay with a debit or credit card with an additional fee. The food wasn't tasty and very disgusting. They give you dried pork that is extremely hard and very difficult to chew on. They provide you with hard meat instead of the fat in the meat Their sauces for the rice not tasty and not very delicious. Just watch out for the pricing because changes all the time and every time I go there, there is a new pricing for the meal for what I want to purchase.
I like coming to this place nice worker taking care of customers I stop going there to buy seafood because i bought steam shrimps with garlic butter and the shrimps wasn't fresh or good at all I was food poison to the point I was vomiting alot badly and had bad diarrhea I felt like hell I don't see how people eat out of there all the time and also they don't know how to cut and clean out fish good I get my seafood at shoprite and another supermarket where it's clean and fresh at.
I just returned from the restaurant, where I was craving mussels, half a pound of shrimp, and half a dozen clams. However, I was told that they can't steam the shrimp unless I purchase a full pound. I usually go there frequently and order the same dish, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be going back again.

The manage is great but the Jaimacan male cashier is very rude and he insulted me A few day ago blaming me on something I dnt even innocently I didn't cost him no money so do your job right and stop blaming people for your mistakes he manage needs to investigatethese cashiers.
The service is horrible!!!!! I ordered fish, rice and vegetables; apparently there was no rice left, but they refused to give me a substitute(fries). Instead, they charged me for the full meal and said a flat out NO when I asked for a substitute. Disgusting.
I haven’t been here for a while because 2x I bought fish from here it was bad. I had it in the refrigerator for 1 day and when I went to open up the bag it spoiled. However my last experience gave me good customer service; not to mention the great prices.
Unfortunately, the two guys in the back attempted to take fish from my orders. Thankfully, I checked my bag before leaving the store. This was very disappointing! I advise being cautious when visiting this place.

I’m not Haitian but there’s a specific dish of their food I really like. And I’ve driven miles to get it . It’s pretty good. I usually call to make sure they have it first and they’re respectful each visit.
