Would give NO STARS! I was excited to try turning point for the first time with my 6 year old daughter. I was extremely disappointed with this establishment. I tried joining the waitlist 3x before arriving and every time it said the waitlist was closed. When we arrived it was an hour wait. We decided to wait. Finally I received a text that our table was ready after an hour. I walked in and had to wait in another line before even getting to the hostess to tell her I received the text. We finally got seated. My daughter ordered a hot chocolate. When the server brought it out she said it tasted like cinnamon and he said no there is no cinnamon in it. It's hot chocolate. The breakfasts at Turning Point are fantastic. I ordered the Avocado Benny, which is eggs Benedict with avocado. Eggs were perfectly poached, the bacon was crisp, and the toasted ciabatta really worked. The service needs improvement. I'm not talking about the waitstaff they are great. I'm talking about the overall restaurant management. It can take a long time to get a table, and then you might wait a while for your food. That said, I will definitely go back again and again for the unique and refreshing juice creations, the French Press coffee, and for the food. There are so many good options on the menu, it's hard to choose so I'll have to go back to enjoy more from the menu.

I was in this Turning Point and North Wales. Both are consistently delicious. There is good reason why you will find yourself on a long waiter list when you choose to go to the most popular brunch times and for brunch occasions such as Mother's Day, etc.: It is an all-round comfortable, fresh and delicious breakfast / brunch experience. Coffee is also exceptional. It is clear from the coffee and food the employees know what they do and care to use fresh, high-quality ingredients for everything. Always friendly, always a bright and relaxing environment, and always an inspired and varied menu that should satisfy many different diets easily.

I went on a saturday morning obviously was super busy. I reserved online had to go in check in with the host to let her know we were there. Got a text message and seated within 15 minutes. my server was the sweetest ever, she always made sure we were okay that the food was good. the was very good, i forgot what we ordered though lol.

Spacious restaurant with great food. The bacon lollipops were beyond amazing. Only gave 4 stars because we sat for almost 15 minutes before a waitress greeted us. Other than that, everything was great.
