Twin Peaks Oakbrook Terrace

the service was terrible. I had to wait 15 minutes until a host welcomed us, and there were people waiting for me. After talking to the hostess and letting them know that I made my reservation with open table, she continues to let me know that they don't use open table and never get my reservation. I was not accommodated for these inconveniences and was told that the waiting period would be 45 minutes. I don't want to go back to this location. they should remove open table as a reservation option for twin peaks if they won't use it.

we were standing at the reception for a few minutes before someone came to us, the bartender bag is, but didn't say anything. when we sat our waitress was dakota. she was great! she always checked us and was super friendly profi. our drinks, apetizets and eating were well prepared and quickly came out. dakota made sure everything was right. good food. good prices. Although I mentioned our reservation, I do not believe that the type that is sat is in our open table reservation. I still don't see my points.

had my reservation on open table. when we are there and I mentioned my reservation, the girls said they don't get notifications when they get a reservation on open table. why should this restaurant be there if they don't even get the reservations? Anyway, it was good to eat.

Will never be going back. Everything tasted like pure oil and the service was absolutely terrible.
