This family business opens in the evening to sell pizza, some pasta, soft drinks and ice cream. It is something of a hidden gem, tucked away in Phillip Mall, facing onto the open courtyard. The constant stream of take-away business from local residents signals that Ugo is doing something right. And what that is, is producing consistent, tasty, thin-based pizzas with just the right level of foldability . There are some tables for eating inside and outside (on pleasant evenings). A bottle of wine from Tom 's Cellars across the courtyard and an Ugo 's pizza makes for a very relaxing informal dinner for family or with friends. Nothing fancy but well worth trying because of the quality of the piz...
We live locally and have eaten at Ugos/Organica many many times and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, this evening we had a very bad experience very rude service from staff who had a real attitude problem. Made our party of 12 feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome for no reason cleaning up around us, prompting us to leave faster than we were planning at 8pm, being rude to the small children who playfully asked for the bill and generally acting like we were impinging on their evening. Won't be back in a hurry.
We regularly order takeout from Ugo's, now called Organica, and have been doing so for years. Their pizzas have the perfect balance of crustiness, delicious toppings, and consistency. The staff is attentive and very friendly, reflecting the hard work of the lovely couple who own and operate the restaurant. These pizzas feel like they are made with love, unlike basic chain pizzas. I highly recommend this spot for a nice outdoor meal with the kids, as long as it's not too cold.
We are residents of Pymble and thought we would give this new restaurant a try. We dined in and ordered pizza and pasta. The atmosphere was pleasant, with a trendy vibe. The pizza was decent, but the pasta was quite average. Prices and service were also average. The location is very convenient for locals. We would be happy to order takeaway pizza from here in the future.

A favourite for our family for casual meals, eating in the open air on a balmy summer's evening with excellent choice of pizza, and great gourmet selection. Friendly and helpful staff always make us welcome. Love the playground nearby for the children and lots of space in the mall - it's a real village buzz.

Convenient takeaway or home delivery option in Pymble. I enjoy visiting my parents, but taking my young children out can be challenging, so having a nearby pizza place is very convenient. The pizza is delicious and arrives hot, but I find it to be a bit expensive.
We pick up Pizzas often, from this place and always very good. Thin crusts, with lots of toppings and reasonable price. Has tables inside and out as well. Good local pizza.

We regularly have the fine cuisine delivered. The best hand made pizza. We have the House Special garlic pizza. Quick delivery times as well.
