Our food arrived fairly quickly, but it seemed as if they were prepared in different areas of the restaurant (which includes a wood fire oven). My wife's steak arrived with pepper on top, despite not being mentioned on the menu or requested. After scraping it off, she discovered three pieces of gristle in her steak. When she asked for a steak knife and mentioned the gristle to the waitress, there was no response. My burger was acceptable (it's hard to go wrong with a burger). We decided to skip dessert as we had fruit back at our apartment.

Lovely outside set up, with the potential for such good vibes if it was a little less empty. The food is good, with some interesting and genuinely delicious combinations, most notably the tangerines in the salad. The menu is large enough to cater for most, whilst maintaining the exciting elements that keep menus fresh. The smoothies and cocktails were also fun, where I must point out the green lean smoothie was actually a pleasure to drink! The restaurant is visually appealing and well located for local residents. However, when it comes to the food, our experience was disappointing. We ordered a Sunday roast but found the portions to be small, the meat to be fatty and inedible, and it had a strange taste. When we asked for more gravy, we were given a tiny gravy boat. The service was lacking, with very little attention from the staff despite there being three of them for only four occupied tables. After expressing interest in the dessert menu, we were left waiting for 15 minutes with no menu provided. We stayed at Una resort last year for a week loved it. Came back today for food only found Staff and facilities are really great. Hate to leave a negative review however we found the food quite bland (soup Sunday lunch). Spicy carrot soup had no depth of flavour Roast beef was too rare for our liking, hubby couldn’t eat any of it. Green veg was slightly over cooked and gravy could have been more flavoursome. Very good service though, pleasant, polite and genuinely friendly people which makes all the difference. Beautiful surroundings and great music too.

Had a really lovely meal here with my family. All three of the dishes and desserts we ordered were delicious and drinks were superb too. Staff were super helpful and friendly! Just wanted to leave a note for fellow gluten-free folk that they can do their pizzas on a gluten free pizza base but it’s an extra £2 charge. Also the pizzas are all cooked in the same oven so not so good for coeliac but perfectly great for me!
Sunday Lunch. This was not a very pleasant experience. My beef was so rare it was dripping with blood, it had to go back. My wife’s pork was nothing more than a slab of fat, with the tiniest bit of meat around the outside. Overall an experience we will not be repeating. Which is a shame as it’s a nice venue and we do live locally. Sorry but not for us.
I am extremely grateful that they were able to accommodate us on a busy holiday weekend. The service and food were both amazing, and it was a nice bonus that they allowed dogs.
Good food cosy restaurant. Great cocktails. A little bit pricey but service was wonderful. Served by a lovely waitress I believe called Sophie who was very cheerful helpful.
