This hotel is good. Got a great couples massage the food is great. The arrival was also great because valley parked the car for us. I was just upset because our food was being delivered to the room late and would be cold wen it arrived, good thing we had a microwave in our room. And the fact that they did not have Corona beer when its on the Menu. The cleaning room service employees were complaining about their jobs infront of us, I did not appreciate that. Lastly we got the wrong room because it was not what I wanted, the hotel was good at handling the problem and provided us a different room right away. Traveling for work from CA and didn’t know anything about this place when I booked it besides the reviews on multiple sites. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!! The place was immaculate and the rooms much nicer than expected. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable. HUGE shoutout to AJ and Ken at the front desk, they were extremely helpful, gracious, and pleasant , they are the type of people you can only dream of having work for your establishment. I stayed at this hotel for my niece's wedding and was pleasantly surprised to discover that they offered makeup and salon services. My makeup artist, Erika Jansen, was simply fantastic. I really appreciated how easily she connected with me as a client and how available she was for any questions or concerns via text. Erika is truly a talented artist with a sharp eye for color layering and quick adjustments to achieve the perfect look. Her laid-back personality made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend her services for any special event!
Everyone was great, my issue is the advertisement for the pool and upon checking in I come to find out that you are only allowed 30 minutes and are required to make a reservation. I only book at hotels that have pools for my granddaughter who loves swimming so I suggest do not advertise the pool if it not accessible. Food drinks: Bartenders were awesome Rooms: 5

We had a wonderful stay here, but I took one star off because the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly. The fan made a loud noise when the AC turned on, which disturbed my sleep throughout the night. Overall, I would rate the rooms 4 out of 5, the service 5 out of 5, and the location 5 out of 5.
