My wife ordered the Beef Spring Rolls, which were simply perfect—each bite was flavorful and delightful. The ingredients were fresh, with a wonderful balance of lettuce, noodles, and tender beef. The peanut sauce on the side complemented the rolls beautifully, and they were more than willing to provide fish sauce upon request.
I opted for the Bo Luc Lac, also known as shake and beef, and it was absolutely delicious. The garlicky rice, reminiscent of Spanish rice, paired wonderfully with the well-seasoned, stir-fried cubes of steak. The dish came with a side of lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, adding a refreshing touch. It truly captured the essence of Vietnamese cuisine!
