My wife and I had an incredible dining experience recently at Viet Hoang in South El Monte, CA. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated immediately. The ambiance is cozy and feels like a traditional family restaurant. My wife ordered the Beef Spring Rolls, and they were made to perfection—each bite was flavorful and delicious. The ingredients were fresh, with the perfect balance of lettuce, noodles, and tender beef. The peanut sauce on the side was a great complement, and they were happy to provide fish sauce upon request.
