I did not get a single piece of meat and they still rang me up $11.99/lb. When I asked the lady behind the counter why it was not $9.99/lb, she said because you got things from the salad bar! I asked if I have not gotten anything from the salad bar, would it have been $9.99/lb? She said no...! You have mushroom and it's like meat....I did not know mushroom and meat have the same price! I went on friday, there was a caterpillar cooked into my brocolli. i tried to get a refund on sunday because i had a religious holiday on saturday where i could not BUY or EXCHANGE and i saved the evidence like they told me. I also was not in queens after friday. I was not able to get a refund on sunday morning even with my receipt and the piece of brocolli… usually love this place, not going anymore.
So I devoured the food before gettin pics but it so good everything was super fresh and so many options that everyone was pleased including my very picky 7 year old nephew the prices is very reasonable and the environment was very welcoming clean and staff was super nice …
