I've picked up from this restaurant twice, and both times we ordered subs. They are exceptional because they are toasted, and since I picked them up quickly, they were not soggy at all. However, during my second visit, which was on a Saturday (not a weekday), the staff let us down a bit. They misplaced our order, so I found myself waiting for 25 minutes while they started making our subs (the initial estimate was 15 minutes, likely because they were also handling pizza orders for other customers). It was a little disappointing. Nonetheless, the subs were still incredibly delicious. I just hope the young staff can get things organized. The food is really good, but I think I'll avoid weekends...
My order was missing an item, but the employee I spoke with was extremely apologetic and courteous. The missing item arrived within 10 minutes, free of charge. The delivery driver was professional and polite. The pizza, salad, bread, stromboli, and wings were all fresh and delicious. This experience was definitely better than some other local restaurants I've visited recently. We'll definitely be ordering from the Pasadena location again after this positive experience.
I called to place an order, and initially, the man who answered was very polite. However, when I asked if he could make a steak and cheese sub on lettuce instead of a bun, he became quite rude. He insisted that it wasn't possible and argued with me about not having provolone cheese. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. In the end, I just wished him a nice night, but he hung up on me.
I ordered through door dash thinking it would get here quicker. However, come to find out vocellis delivers their own door dash orders! And lemme just say that came about 20 minutes earlier. The store is not the same without Leonard being there anymore, times do take a lot longer (15-20 minutes, that's why I ordered through door dash). However, the steak sub was still amazing.

The pizza arrived without any sauce, and the delivery took over an hour. Both the pizza and the dessert sticks were cold. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and I probably won’t be coming back. They did offer me a $10 credit, but that didn’t even cover the price of the pizza.
Honestly, this is the best local pizza I've ever had. The crust and toppings are always fresh, and the in-store discounts are fantastic—sometimes you can get a large pizza for just $7.99 or $8.99. On top of that, the delivery team is consistently friendly.
The customer service was outstanding, thanks to Manager Aaron. The mac and cheese pizza is absolutely delicious—definitely a must-try! I recommend adding pepperoni and a drizzle of buffalo sauce; you’ll be thanking me later. Trust me on this one!
We've been ordering pizza from this location since 2018. Their pizza is consistently good, their employees are always kind, and my pizza is usually ready when I get there. We order weekly, and will continue to do so.

My family has always been satisfied with Vocelli. We've sampled a range of items from their menu, and we've loved everything we've tried. The $2.99 deal for a large pizza with one topping is an incredible bargain!
