The view was stunning, but the service left much to be desired. Upon my arrival, the receptionist was absent from the front desk and eventually told me to find a table on my own, which felt quite rude since you typically expect to be shown to your seat. After sitting down, I waited for 10 minutes without anyone approaching me. I ended up taking some pictures, walking around, and ultimately decided to leave. I strongly suggest that the staff undergo training to improve their customer service skills, especially in a place like this with a beautiful view, a historic building, and prices that reflect these qualities.
