I placed two separate orders and patiently waited for them. She called out numbers 82 and 83, while I was waiting for 83 and 84. When she then called number 85, I thought perhaps it was a mobile order. As I stood there, she looked at me with annoyance and instead of politely asking if I needed help, she yelled, “What are you still waiting for?” I replied that I was waiting for number 84, feeling embarrassed by her outburst since I hadn’t given her any attitude nor had I asked about my other order. She insisted she had called it, but I reminded her that she only called 82 and 83, skipping to 85 afterward.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but upon entering, the girl was bent over the counter on FaceTime, completely unbothered and didn’t even greet me. Once she finished her call, she attended to me, and when I asked for a chicken bowl with veggies, she corrected me with attitude, saying, "So, chicken veggie bowl?" While I was paying, she wore a really unpleasant expression. The receipt had the name "Underaracely" on it. She truly needs to improve her customer service and at least pretend to care until customers leave. It would be better if she kept how much she dislikes her job more discreet. SMH.
I don't usually write reviews or complain, but I felt I had to share my experience. My friend and I went to Waba Grill to grab something to eat, and when we walked in, we weren't greeted—just met with unfriendly stares. The employees were loud and disrespectful. The blonde lady ringing us up was especially unprofessional and rude; when I asked her a simple question, she sighed and just pointed to the menu. Additionally, some of the chefs weren’t wearing masks, which was confusing since there’s a face mask requirement sign outside the restaurant. I won’t be returning to this location.
Today, I had the worst service ever! I requested a box to carry two drinks, and the tall girl behind the counter seemed annoyed that she had to bend down to get one for me. Once I received the carrier, I had to figure out how to open it myself. When I inquired about the Wabba sauce and hot sauce, I was told that those packets were only for delivery orders. I will never return to this restaurant again!

Today I experienced the worst service ever! I asked for a box to carry 2 drinks. The bleach blong girl acted upset that she had to go to the back to get one for me.They gave me the carrier flat. I had to figure out how to open it. Then I asked for wabbasauce and the hot sauce and told me the packages were only for delivery I ordered to go. Won't ever go back to that storeagain!!!
I want to begin by saying that I usually enjoy Waba Grill. However, I don’t plan to return this time. A blonde woman who took our order was very rude and seemed irritated about having to do her job. She was not only impolite to us but also to another gentleman dining at a nearby table.
This Waba Grill location advertises free avocado with a purchase, but when I tried to redeem it, the cashier informed me that it’s only available for app orders. There was nothing mentioned about this on the flyer, and other Waba locations don’t have this restriction.
I want to start off by saying I enjoy waba very much. But will never go back to this location. Very rude blonde lady took our order and seemed very annoyed that she had to do it. She was not only rude to us but to the other gentleman eating at anothertable.

I ordered the Waba bowl with green onions and avocado. As far as I know, no other place offers this dish, and it was delicious, healthy, and easy to eat. I arrived just before closing, yet I was warmly welcomed and served without feeling rushed. Thank you!
