The food at this restaurant is amazing. I didn't order much, just the tuna tataki, scallops, shabu don, and hot udon. The entrees were delicious, with a yuzu or lemon infusion that I can't quite remember. The shabu don was incredibly easy to eat, I could have easily had two bowls! Next time, I'll probably try some other dishes or check out the upstairs yakitori. The service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect for a dinner outing. I highly recommend trying the Wagyu Shabu Shabu Don Set. Price per person is around A$60–80. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.
We had the wagyu set for $289 and a few other dishes like wagyu burger, octopus carppacio and salmon steak. Overall it is good but I felt the place was quite cramped and smokey in comparison to another wagyu plc Katori) the environment wasn't as nice imo. There are tables downstairs upstairs so best to book ahead. There is free public parking after 6pm across the road in a small carpark on Darling St. Do note there is a 10% weekend surcharge as well. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. I will definitely be coming back. This restaurant is recommended for lunch. The price per person is around A$160-180. The Wagyu Selection Set, Fried School Prawns, Salmon Carpaccio, Fresh Sashimi, and Foie Gras Bibimba are highly recommended dishes. The atmosphere is also great, with a rating of 5 out of 5.
What a flavoursome dinner. Everything was fresh, mouth watering and exquisite. Would come again, just wish the serving portion was a little bit bigger for the price we paid!
