my man and I lived about minutes of baiersbronn, which is why we knew about it as an American. we are now living in meadow baths and have missed the black forest, so we have decided on the weekend. because we know the opposite of baiersbronn. famous for many excellent restaurants, we wanted to visit a few during our trip. of course august is a month in which many European holidays and married. we were able to book only two places kohlerstube and waldknechtshof meierei and both were booked for the same day! Wir waren zum Abendessen in der Meierei und haben uns für das große 7 Gang Menu entschieden.Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Ambiente ist ein mix aus rustikal und moderne. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch.Eine modern und Innovativer Küchenstil der auch mit gewagten Kreationen Punkten konnte. Auf den Punkt gebratenes Fleisch mit vollmundiger und perfekt gewürzter Jus. Auch das Dessert konnte voll überzeugen, da es nicht zu süß jedoch trotzdem super harmonisch und geschmackvoll war. here they cook original en suttle. the muted and marinated sturgeon was a real surprise. very fine and original dishes available, all from the best, fresh quality products. the drinking of the meatgram) could correspond to the German or Americans, but was really...for my wife and the diligent. the attention of the staff was simply good and not intrusive. even though one of them was shy. the offered accompanying wine (sales for each dish), was hit directly in the middle on the bullseye. finishing a local brand of hazelnut made an exclusive, remarkable finish. want to enjoy haute cusine for a good price, this is the place to go. no regret.

I'm here twice and I have to say that both have been on the spot. the menu changes in the course of the year, but I have the and the cure menu is both spectacular. Slender have local aromen and everything with petersnip is worth trying....The restaurant has a very local, local atmosphere that makes for a relaxed experience. top notch eat a try!

I liked the restaurant very much. It is a classical German restaurant. Very good service. Cosy inside. The meat was tender and delicious.No many choices for dessert. We order the 2 options. Beautiful presentation however a very very tiny portion and very high high price
