Waldo's on King

My husband and I have eaten here many times for both lunch and dinner and every experience has left us amazed. Their ahi tuna and grilled appetizers are flavourful and fresh. Salads are heaping full of fresh veggies, dressings are house made, and they offer a nice variety from caesar to greek to quinoa to beets. We have ordered their rack of lamb, grilled salmon and perch they again were cooked perfectly and seasoned beautifully. They offer veggie sides such as green beans cooked in a browned butter sauce with toasted almonds. My husband has twice ordered their hamburger and it is large, juicy, clean tasting and not greasy with all of the fixings, hand made using organic beef fresh from the Covent Market. All served with a smile and reasonably priced given the portions and upscale quality.

We had our wedding dinner with 32 guests at Waldo's on King and the food was nothing short of amazing! Mark and his staff added beautiful touches like flowers to our head table. We met with Mark to design the menu and seating plan. All of our guests commented on how lovely their waiters were and everyone enjoyed their meals. We even had some french speaking only family members at our event and our waiter (Buck) was fluent in French. I highly recommend Waldo's on King. Thanks so much to Mark and his staff for making our day so special.

I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner because I wanted a restaurant that had an intimate and casual atmosphere as well as a lot of vegetarian
