This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. I placed an order at 12:35am and it is now 2:20am with no sign of delivery. I received a verification email confirming my order had been accepted, but by 2am, I was wondering why the delivery driver had not arrived. When I checked my email again, it suggested I call the takeaway. I tried calling at 2:10am, only to find that they were closed. I checked online and confirmed that they were indeed closed. Decided to go here as it has been good in the past, but, new owners? Just got a chicken panoramic, it was break your teeth DOLID! Definitely reheated as the batter was as crusty as an old welly left in the sun too long, tasted a bit like it too, 1 bite and then the bin happily consumed the rest... Will not be going again. All nice and clean but food retailers know that reheating chicken is a massive no no!! If zero stars was an option, I'd chose it! Waste of money.... next time its SABAS at the west station, 100% better and donner meat is sooo tasty, I only went to waqars as I'm at my mates .... gross!!! Never ever again
I ordered a takeout through Just Eat and it was delivered in just 20 minutes. The chips and pizza were undercooked, but they forgot to include the kebab in the initial delivery. However, when it was delivered 20 minutes later, it was quite enjoyable. We just ask that they take the time to cook the food properly, and we would be willing to wait an hour for it.
Please give this place a miss weekday delivery took 2 hours Numerous calls to be told they had no delivery drivers so why take orders When food arrived driver said they were clueless and liars. food was stone cold inedible and watered down pakora sauce and garlic mayo. Avoid this place much better out there they shouldn't be trading.
Great food. Cooked perfectly. All of order was correct. Arrived very quickly ahead of time specified. Was happy with our order. Everything was fresh and hot. Will definitely order again.

Food is very good but the delivery timing is shocking , especially when they add 45 minutes to your order for no reason! Wouldn't advise delivery!!!
Just had a meal delivered and was amazing my husband said it was the best lamb curry ever good was piping hot through delivery would recommend
